Bagasrawala
Ali M Bagasrawala, Director and Principal at Pearlshire Capital Group, LLC, brings over two decades of diverse professional expertise.
He co-founded a hospitality real estate investment fund in 2013 and has been the driving force behind Progressive Petroleum LLC since 2002.
As President and Managing Partner, he expanded operations across energy and commercial real estate. At Bucktown Wicker Park LLC, Ali led the acquisition, remodeling, and management of commercial assets with a sharp focus on optimizing leasing outcomes. His early career

Muhammad Shahid Nawaz brings 15 years of experience in Dubai real estate to Pearlshire, spanning private equity, development management and the full project cycle from land acquisition to handover.
He describes real estate not as a transaction but as a fiduciary responsibility, a conviction shaped by years of managing developments for family offices and private investors where every decision answers to the capital entrusted to it. As Chief Operating Officer, Shahid oversees execution across Bond Enclave and Bond Living, working with consultants, contractors and delivery teams to ensure the resident's experience is protected at every stage.
