01What payment plan is available?
Bond Living is offered on a 40 / 60 plan: 5% to reserve, 15% across the first three months, 20% through construction at 1% a month, and 60% on completion. It applies across all available residences, subject to remaining inventory.

02Is the 40 / 60 payment plan available on every unit?
Yes. All available 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences are offered on the 40 / 60 plan: 5% on booking, 35% paced through construction, and 60% on handover. Studios are sold out.

03How does the 1% per month option work?
During construction, the 35% middle milestone can be paid in 1% monthly increments, easing cash-flow. A 1% per month post-handover option is also available on the final 60% - speak to a sales advisor for the schedule on your unit.

04When is handover, and can I tour before then?
Bond Living is completing Q4 2027. Show-suite and digital tours are available now; on-site visits can be arranged through the sales office.

05Is Bond Living freehold? Available to non-residents?
Yes - Bond Living is a freehold development, registered with RERA, and available to UAE residents and overseas buyers alike. Eligible purchases qualify for the UAE Golden Visa programme.
