THE BOND CIRCLE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview

The Bond Circle ("Program") is an exclusive broker incentive campaign organized by Pearlshire Development LLC ("Company"). The Program rewards eligible real estate brokers based on qualifying unit sales achieved within the campaign period.

2. Campaign Period
  • The Program is valid until 20 April 2026.
  • Only transactions executed and fully compliant within this period will qualify.
3. Eligibility
  • Open to registered and RERA-compliant real estate brokers.
  • Brokers must be officially registered with Pearlshire prior to closing eligible sales.
  • All participating agencies must hold valid trade licenses at the time of transaction.
4. Qualification Criteria

Rewards are based on completed and qualified unit sales as follows:

  • 50 Units Sold
    → Rolls-Royce Cullinan
  • 35 Units Sold
    → Range Rover Autobiography
  • 20 Units Sold
    → AED 250,000 Cash Reward

Only signed SPA transactions with required payment milestones completed as per Company policy will qualify.

5. Sales Validation
  • Units must not be cancelled, defaulted, or transferred.
  • In case of cancellation or payment default, the corresponding unit will be disqualified.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify and audit all transactions before reward confirmation.
6. Reward Conditions
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative compensation unless determined by the Company.
  • Vehicle rewards are subject to availability and market procurement timelines.
  • Registration, insurance, and associated government charges (if applicable) will be clarified upon qualification.
  • Cash rewards are subject to applicable UAE regulations and internal compliance approvals.
7. Tie-Breaker Rule

In the event of multiple brokers achieving the same milestone simultaneously, qualification will be determined based on:

  • Earliest fully completed qualifying sale
  • Highest total transaction value

The Company's decision shall be final.

8. Disqualification

The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of:

  • Misrepresentation of transactions
  • Breach of broker agreement
  • Regulatory non-compliance
  • Any activity deemed unethical or damaging to the Company
9. Modification Rights

Pearlshire reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its discretion without prior notice.

10. Final Authority

All decisions made by Pearlshire regarding eligibility, validation, and reward allocation shall be final and binding.
